Call for Submissions – Colonial Imports 4: The Yolk Review

We’re happy to announce the next round of Colonial Imports! This issue revolves around reviews: who writes them, who are they for, and how do they shape our perspective around food?

For issue #4 of Colonial Imports, The Yolk Review, we’re seeking work that complicates the form of a food review. This could include reviews of real restaurants, recipes, food-related objects and experiences, and ingredients, or even reviews of reviews (real or imaginary).
